I have really neglected my health throughout my younger years and now that I am in my mid forties I have decided it is time to change my ways. I have started to eat a healthier diet and am getting more exercise than ever before. I have been reading about the benefits of eating antioxidant rich foods. They can help you prevent the onset of some of the more common diseases that crop up as we age. Eating foods that are full of antioxidants can help prevent heart disease, arthritis and high blood pressure. There are a number of foods that are available to incorporate into the diet right away.
